I don’t think I’ve seen a place with facilities as clean as this one. The consultation was kind, and they also gave an overall explanation of how the surgery is performed. However, they said genioplasty is performed through a V-shaped or T-shaped osteotomy. They explain the parts you’re worried about in detail too, so I don’t think you need to feel particularly burdened about booking a consultation!
