I had surgery around 2014. As soon as they saw me, they said I had eyes that would turn out well, so I booked after just the second consultation. It was expensive even by the standards of double-eyelid surgery back then, but I went ahead because of the surgeon’s confidence? Now that I’m looking into revision surgery and checking old photos, it really did turn out well. I probably won’t go back because revision surgery here feels expensive too, but I’ve never once in my life been told that my double eyelids look obvious.
