I had surgery this summer, so this is my review at exactly 5 months now. It was a revision surgery, and because they have fixed prices, they showed me the price list during the consultation. It seems there are no separate discounts or bargaining. The buried suture price is on the expensive side. I had a little fat removed from my upper eyelids and proceeded with a partial incision. I liked that the consultation was not burdensome because there was no overtreatment or pressure, but it also felt like there was no detailed explanation.
Because it is a clinic without advertising, it was hard to find reviews. I live outside Seoul, so I only consulted at two places in Gangnam. I was satisfied with both the director’s and consultant’s consultations here, so I paid the deposit right away. When I arrived on the day of surgery, there was not much of a preparation process. During the final consultation right before surgery, there was not really a detailed consultation. It was just like, “You said this and this, right? Okay,” about that much, and then I waited for surgery. (*At this point, it is essential to ask in detail, not vaguely, hear the answers, and clearly say the direction you want⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - I regret this process a bit.) Like other reviews said, I lay down in an anesthesia room? got an IV inserted, and waited. Then I went in to lie on the operating table, and another patient was being operated on in the room right next door. I was like, huh? but I lay down anyway, and after waiting about 5 minutes, the director came in. He came right after operating on another patient and immediately started my surgery… I feel like normally he should rest even a little before doing it..ㅠ The surgery took about 20-30 minutes. During the short consultation after surgery, he said the right side was a bit difficult and gave him some trouble, but he said the surgery went well, so there was no problem.
Since it was a revision surgery, swelling care was not difficult. At the current point, 5 months later, the asymmetry is severe and there is some scarring, so my satisfaction was on the low side, but fortunately they gave me a good follow-up consultation. I decided to receive aftercare.
