I was most stressed about my chin tip, and while also considering my cheekbones and square jaw, I went for a consultation for three types of facial contouring. When I consulted with the consultant, I first talked about my concerns and thoughts, and she listened well and also told me a lot of her own opinions. I thought she would definitely tell me to do all three procedures, but since I considered my chin tip the biggest issue, she said doing the chin tip would be good, and that square jaw surgery would be nice to do but seemed okay even if I didn’t do it. For the cheekbones, she said it would be good to do, but my face also has limitations and it was somewhat ambiguous, so I could think about it; I could do it together now, but doing it later would also be fine, and since I myself was not certain either, she said it was a surgery that would be okay to do separately after having another surgery. So I didn’t expect her to say it that way, but I liked it. After that, during the consultation with the director, he looked at the CT, talked about the height of the nerve line and the thoughts he had after seeing the CT, and I also talked about my concerns and opinions. After that, he pointed things out on my face with his hands and showed me all the scenarios I had been worrying about, showing how it could look if I had surgery. It seemed like he designs things very meticulously, and I felt he would value my opinions during surgery too. When I consulted with the consultant again, I asked what I was curious about, she told me things like the cost, and lastly she talked about what I was still debating. I felt that they listened well to my opinions and considered them important. I liked that the director and consultant told me exactly what they felt as it was, recommended things, and tried to help me make choices in the direction I wanted.
