I went for a repeat consultation around March 2024, and the assistant manager who consulted with me was generally unfriendly, and I felt they were somewhat heavily pressuring me to make an advance payment and book surgery. They seemed to be very lacking in basic consultation knowledge. As someone who started with the famous places and went around for consultations at almost most places in Gangnam, their objective consultation ability was at a historically absurd level, and they were also unfriendly, so I did not feel good. Honestly, because of the director, I do want to have surgery there, but if I do, I would have to face that consultant again, so I am becoming very conflicted
