I visited after getting a recommendation, and both the directors and consultants treated me kindly and well! Since I visited because of revision surgery, I was being careful and asked a lot of questions, but I liked that they seemed to treat me well without acting annoyed. However, it was a bit different from the direction I had in mind, so I passed, but I think it would be good to get a consultation at least once!
