There were many reviews saying the consultation waiting time was brutal, so I expected it to some extent, but the waiting time alone took 3 hours. Since I came from outside Seoul, because of the last bus/train time, I ended up having the consultation with the director as if I was being rushed, so I left with some regret. As other reviews said, the consultant does pressure you to make a reservation, but the consultant's consultation was honest, so I liked that part! The reviews saying the toothpick used to mark the eye line was dirty were true too.. But even after visiting other hospitals, this director was the only one who caught the problem with my asymmetric eyes, and seeing the director speak confidently gave me conviction. However, because the waiting time was so long, I felt I would have to wait this long even on the surgery day and that postoperative care would not be handled properly, so I left without putting down a deposit. I am still thinking about it.
