There were many reviews saying the consultation wait time was terrible, so I expected it to some extent, but the wait time alone took 3 hours. Since I live outside the city, because of the last train/bus time, the actual consultation with the director felt rushed, so I left with some regret. As other reviews said, the consultant does tend to pressure you to book, but the consultant’s counseling was honest, so that part was good! The reviews saying the toothpick used to mark the eye line was dirty were also true.. But even after going around to other hospitals for consultations, only this director caught the problem with my asymmetrical eyes, and seeing the director speak confidently made me feel assured. But because the wait time was so long, I felt I would probably wait this long on the surgery day too, and that aftercare might not be handled properly, so I left without putting down a deposit, but I’m still thinking about it.
