I had revision surgery 4-5 years ago. They did change my blunt nose nicely into a slimmer nose, but because my skin is thin, the ear cartilage became pointy ㅜㅜ and I also don’t have a columella (I originally didn’t have one). Compared with my previous nose, I’m very satisfied, and it’s a nose I wonder if I could just live with, but I keep noticing the downsides, so I’m considering a third revision surgery.
