I had revision surgery 4-5 years ago. They did change my blunt nose into a slimmer nose well, but because of my thin skin, the ear cartilage became pointy ㅜㅜ and I also have no columella (I originally didn’t have one). Compared to my previous nose, I’m very satisfied, and it’s a nose I wonder if I could just live with, but I keep seeing the downsides, so I’m considering a third revision surgery again.
