I only had a consultation with the manager and have not had surgery yet I didn’t have a consultation with the director, but the manager seemed professional and was extremely kind But she looked so busy ㅠㅠ I ended up leaving without asking what I was actually most curious about...ㅠㅠ The consultation manager was such a good talker that I was tempted but the fact that there was no director consultation really weighs on my mind
