I only had a consultation with the consultant and haven’t had surgery yet. I didn’t have a consultation with the director, but the consultant seemed professional and was very kind. But she looked so busy I ended up leaving without asking what I was actually most curious about... The consultant was such a good talker that I was tempted, but the fact that there was no director consultation weighs heavily on my mind.
