When I went for a consultation, the hospital wasn't very big. The doctor touched my nose during the consultation and explained in detail what kind of surgery I would need, which was nice, and the manager also kept answering my questions, so it was fine. However, I was worried about anesthesia, so I'm thinking about other places.
