The director's consultation was short, but since I had already been to other hospitals before, it was easy to understand. Before I even explained my needs, they didn't mention the bridge at all and recommended tip surgery plus nostril reduction. Unlike the previous hospital, I also liked that they didn't bring up ear cartilage from the beginning, since you only know once the nose is opened. However, the manager seemed a little tongue-tied and inexperienced. Both of them were kind.
