2-year review of non-implant rhinoplasty

Hello, it has already been 2 years since I got rhinoplasty too.

What I had was non-implant rhinoplasty using only ear cartilage, and since my nose was very low, we decided to only touch the nasal tip, and I didn’t have any desire for the glabella area. A thin layer of ear cartilage was placed below the hump, and the nasal tip was also lifted with an ear cartilage strut. A little postauricular dermis was placed in the glabella area. At the time, I didn’t have money and it was my first surgery, so I thought about it a lot.. For now, I’m satisfied.. My honest 2-year review is that the ear cartilage placed below the hump has been absorbed, so the hump has appeared again.. Of course, the dermis placed in the glabella had zero effect.. They also placed only a very small amount.. There isn’t much difference in the nasal tip, but I don’t know if it’s just my imagination, it seems to have gotten a bit lower. More than anything, my nostrils are uneven.. Well, this is something the doctor did mention before surgery.. Anyway, I’m moderately satisfied now, but I don’t know when the nasal tip might droop.. so I feel anxious.. I think the advantage of non-implant surgery is fewer side effects, and the disadvantage is that it is extremely natural-looking..
