First of all, the director really takes the time to do a very thorough consultation. I liked that they told me what the problems were and which areas needed improvement. But the parts I'm worried about make it feel like the scale of the surgery is getting bigger, and of course all of them are necessary surgeries. So I think that's why the cost seems a bit high.
