I went for a consultation, and maybe because the economy is bad, the manager was being very pushy about trying to get me to make a reservation somehow. They operate with one chief surgeon, and when I consulted with him, I felt completely confident in his skill and experience. You can really feel the confidence in the way he answers. However, the surgeon looked too tired, and it was disappointing that the manager gave more detailed consultation than the surgeon did.
