I had double-chin liposuction... and went under sedation anesthesia. It was my first surgery, so there were a lot of things I didn’t know and many things I overlooked. If I could go back, I wouldn’t have had surgery at this hospital. My consultation with the doctor was decent. But my satisfaction with the procedure is low. It has been 2 years now, and I feel like it’s sagging. There’s also a slight feeling of looseness between my jaw and face. As I was coming out of the sedation, I was dazed and groggy, and without any consultation on how to care for it, they handed me 3 packets of pumpkin juice and a tightening band, and gave me a single sheet of paper with care instructions before leaving. The aftercare after the procedure also felt half-hearted..? Everyone, when you get liposuction, make sure to do the double chin and buccal fat together. You really should do everything at once for comfort, and it’s more dramatic.
