I had revision surgery for a bulbous nose last year. During the consultation they made it sound like everything would be possible, but the actual result was really... My nose became completely longer, and the height was lower than before. I did receive early correction, but only the bridge bent, and honestly it was the worst. If you already have a nasal bridge and the nose is difficult because of contracture or similar issues rather than shape, it might be okay. I think the skill is there, but the aesthetic side seems to fall far behind. Also, the attitude before and after surgery was really so different The two consultation managers were kind.
