After <front view after surgery> After <side view after surgery> Before <front view before surgery> Before <side view before surgery> I wanted the bulbous feeling at the nasal tip to change to a slimmer look, so I had non-implant rhinoplasty with nostril reduction haha At first, my nose felt like it looked bigger, so I was worried whether the surgery had gone well, but as time passed and the swelling went down, it really looked different haha I didn’t want anything too excessive, so I wanted the nasal tip to rise naturally from my original nasal bridge with a semi-straight line. Did it come out okay?? To me, it seems like it came out just the way I wanted.. haha Oh, and one thing that surprised me was that before surgery my nostrils were uneven, so I told them I wanted that adjusted too, and the director matched even that part really well! I think the surgery went well naturally without an implant, and I hope the nasal tip doesn’t drop from here
