My nose was a complex for me, so like most people, I had the bridge, tip, and also adjusted the alae a bit. I was a bit afraid of silicone, so I got a recommendation for autologous dermis and had the surgery, and it came out beautifully, and my alae don't look flared either. They said there's no need to worry about resorption with double-layer dermis, so I think it could be worth considering for people with concerns like mine. They explained things in detail several times, and the manager was also so kind that I felt comfortable.
