I didn’t like the obvious-looking nose I had done at another hospital, so I had revision rhinoplasty at Homme. It’s been a little over a month since the surgery, and I’m very satisfied. I’m satisfied that my alar thickness became thinner through the alar wing diet, but they also made the overall nose shape very balanced and pretty. (Before, it was a blunt, bulbous nose with a lot of scar tissue and obvious signs of surgery.) They made my nose slim and sharp, but not excessive, and it looks very natural. I think the director has considerable anatomical knowledge of the nose. At other hospitals, they absolutely couldn’t operate to this extent, and this is my third nose surgery. Here, rather than cosmetic surgery, it feels like a reconstruction? They really transformed it completely. I was worried because there were negative comments, but there was no need to worry at all. But the hospital facilities are a bit old. Still, it’s better for the director to have strong skills than for the facilities to just look flashy.
