I had rhinoplasty at Dream before. They used ear cartilage and raised the nasal bridge with silicone. In conclusion, the surgery itself went well without any problems, but I was dissatisfied with the shape, so I had revision surgery. I found a hospital specializing in noses and had it done at another hospital. Large hospitals like Dream have nice facilities and good aftercare, but looking only at the result, something still feels a bit disappointing..
