The consultation staff? or maybe the front desk staff was so unfriendly.. Even though I’ve had consultations at several dermatology clinics and plastic surgery clinics, from the moment I called to make an appointment, their tone made me feel bad..? They kept sighing. No matter how good the director is at surgery and how good the reviews are, the bad memory from the very first phone consultation is strong..
