Consultation staff? I’m not sure if it was the desk staff, but they were so unfriendly.. Even after receiving consultations at several dermatology and plastic surgery clinics, from the moment I called to make an appointment, their tone made me feel bad..? They kept sighing. No matter how good the director is at surgery and how good the reviews are, the bad memory from the very first phone consultation stands out a lot..
