They take a CT scan first, then you consult with the director using those images. First of all, in this part, I felt a level of professionalism different from other hospitals, and it was very impressive. It was the first time I learned what my nose actually looked like… The director’s consultation was also very detailed and sincere. I liked that they didn’t recommend surgeries that weren’t necessary, especially ptosis correction! I wasn’t certain, but they said they would give a discount if I paid a deposit, so I did. Later, when I said I couldn’t have the surgery due to circumstances, their attitude was different from during the consultant’s consultation, saying I had to visit the hospital to get the deposit refunded and that they didn’t know I wouldn’t have surgery, which upset me haha Whether to have surgery or not is the consumer’s choice. They reassured me that even if I paid a deposit, it would be 100% refundable if I didn’t set a surgery date, but when I actually asked for a deposit refund, their attitude changed… I was disappointed.
