They take a CT first, then you consult with the director using those images. First of all, at this point I felt a different level of expertise compared with other clinics, and it was very impressive. It was the first time I learned what my nose actually looked like... The consultation with the director was also very detailed and sincere. I liked that they did not recommend surgeries that were not truly necessary, especially ptosis correction! I wasn’t completely convinced, but they said they would give a discount if I paid a deposit, so I did. Later, when I said I wouldn’t have the surgery due to circumstances, they said I had to visit the clinic to get the deposit refunded and that they didn’t know I wouldn’t have surgery. Their attitude was different from the manager’s consultation, and it upset me haha. Whether or not to have surgery is the consumer’s choice. They reassured me that even if I paid a deposit, it would be 100% refundable if I didn’t set a surgery date, but when I actually asked for the deposit back, their attitude changed... I was disappointed.
