My round nose was always a complex for me.. People around me often said I'd look fine if I just got my nose done, so I only did my nose. I went to consultations here and there, and most places said it would be enough to use silicone and septal cartilage. There were places that said I needed costal cartilage too, but I passed on those. And most places said they'd give a discount if I booked the same day, but I hadn't been to all of them yet, so I couldn't get the same-day booking discount. After surgery, the pain wasn't really painful, just a throbbing level that was tolerable, and I didn't have much swelling. I diligently did warm/cold compresses as the hospital instructed, took walks, and drank pumpkin juice. Since I didn't swell much, I didn't do any special care! The shape turned out the way I wanted, so I'm satisfied lol I just hope no problems come up later
