I remember it was winter in 2011. I had broken my nose before and was stressed about it, so I went for a surgery consultation, but instead of encouraging me after I had made up my mind and come in, they told me I should not have the surgery and, since I was a man, maybe I should just keep living as I am. The consultation was explained very professionally, though. Then around 2014, when I went back because I was stressed that my nose had become thicker after surgery, they were rather indifferent, said it was just a pimple scar next to the nose, and gave me an injection rather carelessly. The aftercare was very unsatisfying, and the nurse at the hospital at the time was also very rude.
