I had nose surgery 2 years ago. I had silicone inserted and ear cartilage was used. For 2 years I had been doing fine without any problems, but suddenly my nose swelled up, the cartilage started showing through at the nasal tip, the tip of my nose often gets red, and I can feel a pulse there, so I’m really worried and thinking about revision surgery
