The manager explains things really well, calmly and thoroughly. She also explains the reasons well. The director has a very clear opinion. He said that men should have it done so it doesn’t show, and he repeatedly shaped the line and explained carefully how it should be done. He only recommends the surgeries that are actually necessary.
