- I made a consultation appointment by phone yesterday, and today they told me to come at 5:30. I spoke with the consultant and did a basic Q and A about my first surgery, then after waiting about 5 to 10 minutes, the director came in and looked at my chart, then asked, "Okay, first, what do you want to do?" So I said the nose deviation, removal of the flesh inside the nose, improvement of the upturned nose that shows the nostrils, and straightening the side line. Then he put the chart down and said he could not do the surgery Then why did he ask.. From the director’s point of view, it is not seriously abnormal.. He said I have had four surgeries, and if I touch it again it will only get worse.. Compared with people who come here for revision surgery, I am in a better situation, so I should not get greedy anymore.. If I do it one more time it could become really serious, so I should stop having surgery and just live with it.. I am also older From the director’s point of view, if I had revision surgery, the chance that this nose would get prettier would not be above 50%.. sob..
