I had a consultation for total removal, correction of a hump nose, and correction of columellar drooping. As soon as the director saw my face, he recognized that my first surgery had gone wrong, and he empathized with the discomfort I must have experienced, so I felt at ease. Perhaps because I already knew the problems with my nose, the consultation was not long, about 15 minutes, but it was a good consultation where I could resolve all the questions I had. He said that removing the nasal tip cartilage could cause a depressed area and recommended an autologous dermis graft, so I’m debating that part. I feel like the director would do it professionally and safely, but the cost is a bit burdensome I was impressed that he also reviewed my CT scan and carefully checked my ear cartilage, septal condition, and overall nose condition.
