I went in nervous because I’d heard it was a blunt, realistic consultation, but he was kinder than expected, so I had the consultation in a good mood. He showed me many photos of similar cases and explained what kind of surgery it would be using a nose model. I had consultations at five clinics, and this was the only one that said my nasal tip height and angle weren’t bad. They suggested touching the tip only very slightly with septal cartilage, plus hump correction and osteotomy. Since they pursue a natural look and prioritize safety, I liked them the most, but the cost was higher than other places, and they said they only monitor progress up to 3 weeks, so I’m thinking it over a bit.
