About 4 years ago, I had a revision surgery here after being introduced by my parents’ acquaintance. I had a very severe bulbous nose and my double eyelids had also completely loosened. I was swayed by the consultation manager’s sales pitch and paid the reservation deposit that same day. Honestly, looking back now, communication with the director wasn’t very good, so I don’t know why I was so hooked on this place. In the end, I’m now looking into another nose revision surgery. I’m not happy with my eyes either, but they’re just barely acceptable and it hurts, so... The bulbous nose improved to some extent, but I’m still dissatisfied. I went back once later to check the progress, but they didn’t even have my chart. It seems like the staff changes often too ㅠ
