First of all, the consultation gave me a sense of comfort and professionalism, making me feel that if I had surgery with the director, I could trust it. I was very worried because my skin elasticity was quite low, but Director Kim explained specifically what approach would be best. The manager also handled the consultation comfortably without pressuring me for a deposit, and overall I have a very good memory of the experience.
