The director was extremely stubborn. I had a nose revision surgery, but it was too pointy like a witch’s nose and too high from the glabella, so I had a corrective surgery. But during the consultation before the corrective surgery, he got angry and raised his voice because the things I requested were different from his aesthetic standards, which made me very uneasy. I still don’t like the result of the corrective surgery and am looking into removal surgery. Also, like other people’s reviews said, the consultation manager and staff are changed very often, and when I was being treated I couldn’t even see the director. The nurses who treated me were kind, so that’s worth three stars; the rest isn’t even worth one.
