The first time, I had it done with functional costal cartilage. The shape was very pretty, but it felt hard, artificial, and stuffy, so I kept it for about a year and a half, then removed it and had revision surgery with nasal cartilage repositioning Everything is good and I like it, but the columellar scar is my biggest concern. So I even tried scar treatment with acupuncture at a Korean medicine clinic, but it didn’t help Everyone, make sure to look carefully for a place that doesn’t leave scars before you go. The shape matters, of course, but scars are really stressful too
