I wanted surgery without an implant, so I looked into hospitals and went for a consultation because there seemed to be a lot of reviews about no-implant surgery. But they said my nose is low and that the nose line I want would be hard to create without silicone. They also explained why it was needed, which made everything really easy to understand. And among the places I consulted, the manager was the kindest~ ㅋㅋ They kept showing me before-and-after photos, so I felt like if I had surgery, they would take good care of me.
