To the people who said I was a Bijun broker in public .. haha finally I
had my 4th revision nose surgery at Bijun on the 28th, over 5 hours.
Bijun Plastic Surgery performs 2 VIP surgeries a day, and they said on the 28th they had no other schedule and operated only on me.
I was very moved by this, felt the money I paid was not wasted, and the operating room nurses, general manager, and coordinator were all kind.
The hospital's interior facilities and hygiene are perfect, and the operating room and recovery room are directly connected, so after regaining consciousness, you can go right in. And the operating room nurse even feeds you water.. touching
I had a dangerous situation where I went into hypotensive shock and almost collapsed on the toilet, and I was truly very moved by Director Kim Joon-sung, who ran over himself and gave emergency treatment.. He is a true doctor.
A doctor is not just someone who is good at plastic surgery; I think a doctor is someone who can handle every aspect.. really, really !!!;;
My nose surgery this time was...
autologous costal cartilage + ear cartilage + silicone + cat nasolabial angle and the result is on the good side, and I think the surgery went well.
There is also a system where they take a photo of your face in the operating room right after surgery and send it to you, so even after the splint is on, you can know the shape of your nose to some extent, which made me feel reassured!!!
Bijun does not put cotton inside the nose. They only put in a silicone support, and it is so nice not having cotton on the day of surgery.
Because of that, except for slight bleeding, there is no bleeding.. They said I would swell a lot today, the next day, but the swelling and bruising are not severe. It only makes me think they did even the tiny details well^^
As someone who previously had a ruined autologous costal cartilage experience at another hospital, as expected, the costal cartilage area hurts the most.
For my 3rd surgery, I had autologous costal cartilage + silicone at an ENT clinic, and it was really ruined, so I fought with the hospital and, after a settlement, got a new nose at Bijun on the 28th after 7 months had passed.
Bijun has one director, Director Kim Joon-sung, and after surgery he came and said that even if it had been done with feet, it would have been better than this..
He said that after opening the nose, the nasal tissue was a mess, with severe scar tissue and clumping.. The scar tissue was tremendous... It seems my nose was so serious that it was hard to even know where the silicone and costal cartilage were positioned.
Bijun Plastic Surgery is a place that only people who know go to, and celebrities and others mostly go by word of mouth or acquaintance referrals.
If you are worried about your nose, I strongly recommend you go. I will upload detailed nose photos again after splint removal.
