I got alar base lifting surgery here, and I bruise very easily... I was so sick of the hospital downplaying swelling the whole time, but they said there was almost no visible sign, and really nobody noticed it haha There was no downtime. My nostrils just felt a little puffy..? It went down after a week... To other people the alar lifting doesn't really stand out, but for those who feel they need just 1 to 2 mm of lift for their own peace of mind, I recommend it.
