The person who performed the procedure was not a doctor, but I could feel how meticulous and attentive they were, which I liked. The desk staff kept talking to me at the same time, so it was a bit overwhelming. I went with my mom, and she said a man performed her procedure. Honestly, my mom did not turn out very pretty, so that was disappointing. I had gone with her hoping her procedure would turn out better... Also, the counseling manager was very kind and explained everything without pressure or steering, so I felt comfortable during the consultation. To exaggerate a little, I even thought I wished every hospital had managers like that. The staff who applied the anesthetic cream were cute and kind, so I was smiling while getting ready for the procedure. Only the desk staff had a slightly rough tone, which was disappointing, and my procedure turned out well. For the touch-up, I will ask for a different person for my mom. They made her look like she had a tiny round topknot, which annoyed me.
