I had nose surgery. I had a bulbous nose, and they suggested osteotomy, alar reduction, and various other things, so I went ahead with it because it seemed like it would make my nose as slim as possible. It has only been a little over a week since surgery, but I am very satisfied with the shape!! I was worried there would be a lot of people when I went to get swelling care after surgery, but they took good care of me. It is still early days, so it is too soon to judge the final shape, but at this point it really seems like it came out well!
