I was someone who had a second surgery with septal cartilage. At the time, my septal cartilage was too weak, so the day before surgery I was recommended donated rib cartilage, but I had no moneyㅠ so I couldn't do it. I'm satisfied with the shape itself, but it's still small and low, which can't be helped. This time, I'm thinking of having a revision with costal cartilage. They do shapes well. I don't really know about "the hand of God" or "the best rhinoplasty in Gangnam" or things like that, but I think they do it safely and beautifully. Also, they're good at defining the tip of the nose. I'd recommend them to people with contracture.
