I was introduced here because an acquaintance had another surgery here. After the consultation with the manager, I went into the consultation with the doctor together with my acquaintance, and they explained everything kindly and well. What was a little surprising on the day of surgery was that the people giving the surgery instructions kept bringing up writing a review before the surgery had even started, whether they were new or just hadn’t properly handed over the patient information. They kept saying it was because it was an event discount or something like that, so I said I hadn’t heard that during the consultation, and they said they’d ask about it, then left. They didn’t say another word until the surgery ended, so I figured it must have been sorted out. After the surgery, I came home, and the same thing happened again over KakaoTalk, and when I asked them to connect me with the manager I had consulted with, they replied with just “yes~” and then again no further response. My acquaintance who referred me said it wasn’t like this for themㅠ Maybe because this place does a lot of expensive surgeries, they don’t do post-consultation for liposuction?ㅠ After that, they haven’t contacted me at all, so I’m thinking of going in person..ㅎㅎ
