Before surgery First, I quit drinking.. They told me not to take medications that improve blood circulation, like aspirin? so I didn't take any. During the consultation, the director showed me the amount of fat with something like an ultrasound machine, so it was interesting and made me trust him a bit.
Day of surgery First, I was nervous.. but the consultant took good care of me, and the nurse kindly explained things well too. It's already been two months, so my memory is a bit hazy.. I changed clothes, had the design done, waited, and then (the order might be different) went to the operating room. I fell asleep while they were administering anesthesia, woke up, and had the surgery, and I was surprised because the director's hands were incredibly fast ;; lol It ended quicker than I expected, and they gave me things like ice packs, so I iced it very diligently.
1 week after surgery First, they told me to wear the compression band every day until 2 weeks and only while sleeping until 1 month, so I did lol I felt like I'd become a plastic-surgery beauty, though I was just someone who'd had plastic surgery.. I hear people say compression garments for body liposuction may or may not be necessary, and I'm not sure about the face, but wearing the compression band made me feel secure.. lolol This was when I still didn't have much sensation in my face. Oh, and for 1 week, it was hard to wash my hair by myself, so someone washed it for me ㅠㅠ
2 weeks after surgery Finally, the time when I could say bye to the compression band in the morning. But honestly, after surgery, aside from washing my hair being quite inconvenient and having a bit less sensation at first.. there wasn't really much discomfort. Maybe just that I couldn't drink alcohol.. haha Oh, they did radiofrequency care twice, so I received it twice. The first time, I didn't think much of it because I didn't have much sensation, and the second time it felt warm and nice. I want to get it again haha
1 month after surgery The swelling went down, and this was when my satisfaction was highest. But I heard swelling can continue to go down until 6 months. Will it go down more from here? And personally, my swelling wasn't severe. Even though there was swelling, I could see that a lot had slimmed down.
2 months after surgery Now sensation has completely returned, and just in case, I'm applying Noscarna to the areas where the surgical needle(?) went in. What I worried about most before surgery was becoming uneven, but even when I look with a lighted mirror, it doesn't seem very uneven lol I don't think there's any bio-bond either?? Maybe I'm suited to plastic surgery lol Or maybe there is bio-bond and I just can't feel it. My younger sibling, who used to smack my back asking why I'd get surgery, said it was good that I did it.
* Oh, and doing liposuction does not make all the fat under your chin disappear like it was Photoshopped. It disappears about as much as losing 5 kg. So if you expect it to look like Photoshop, I don't think you'll be satisfied ㅠ I had a friend who works at a plastic surgery clinic tell me this, so I didn't have high expectations and I'm satisfied.
