My girlfriend is 10 days post-op from nose surgery Her nose is lifted up a lot more than expected, and it seems like her nose is very pointy, so I'm worried I've heard a lot of people say it goes down with time, so I want to know whether it really does go down and how long it usually takes for the swelling from a pointy nose to go down For the rhinoplasty, she had a long-nose procedure, a slight reduction of the hump, and 1 mm of silicone inserted The nose surgery does seem like it was done very carefully, but the shape is pretty, and I think the issue mentioned above needs to improve
