I was waiting because they said Director Kim Ki-woong was in surgery, but then they said the bleeding wasn’t being controlled, so it would take a bit longer. I waited 30 minutes to an hour even though I had made a reservation, so it took up way too much time... and the consultation didn’t even seem to take 5 minutes He wasn’t friendly either, and the consultation proceeded without even a hint of a smile. In my case, it was jaw surgery, so I was scared, and it would have been nice if he had clearly explained, “This is what will happen,” but it felt like he was just throwing out blunt comments like, “You can do it this way,” “We just need to cut it,” so this was the consultation I liked the least.
