I had a consultation here for revision nose surgery recently. First of all, the consultation manager was unbelievably kind and made me feel comfortable. The doctor was also good at consultations, and I had gone in thinking I wanted a closed approach, but after looking at the condition of my nose and so on, they actually explained well that an open approach would be better and which method would work well.
