The director is kind, but always looks extremely tired. The consultant did not seem very professional, so I let what she said go in one ear and out the other, and the rest of the staff were just so-so, not extremely kind. The waiting time is always too long, and I even had to wait on the day of surgery On the day of surgery, I thought, ah, my surgery probably is not going to turn out well, and I regretted it deeply…. It is a bit factory-like, so it is not a place with particularly good aftercare, nor are they proactive about care. They say they aim for a safe approach, but I am suspicious whether it is because they lack technique or what. After surgery, even close acquaintances could not tell what had changed I just ended up with a lot of scar tissue lumps and wasted money. Even if I request revision surgery, I wonder whether they would do it. There seem to be occasional incidents and many brokers at this hospital, so just… I want to advise people to go to another hospital.
